With more than 26 years of experience spanning public education, special education, leadership, family and community engagement, program development, and organizational improvement, Rochelle brings a broad perspective to the work. Her experience across classroom, building, district, and community settings provides a practical understanding of how people, relationships, leadership, and systems work together to influence outcomes.
Our approach combines research with real-world experience. We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions.
